How to Login the Locked PC Without an Original Password?

People have so many passwords today for everything, from their favorite websites to their home and office computers. With so many passwords, it's often difficult to keep up with and remember them all. Fortunately, there is a way in Windows to change a password even if the user forgets the original password.
Have you ever encountered the issue before ? How did you figure out the trouble with forgotten Windows password? If you forget your password, Windows gives users numerous methods to reset their passwords. Users are able to reset their passwords by using another administrator account, Command Prompt and from domain-based computers.
Using Domain-based Computers
Step 1 : Click the "Start" button.
Step 2 : Click "Control Panel."
Step 3 : Click "User Accounts" and click "Manage User Accounts."
Step 4 : Click the "Users" tab. Under "Users for this Computer," select the account you want to reset the password and click "Reset Password."
Step 5 : Type your new password and click "OK."
Using Another Administrator Account
Step 1 : Log into an administrator account.
Step 2 : Click the "Start" button. Type "lusrmgr.msc" in the search field and press "Enter."
Step 3 : Double-click "Local Users and Groups" and select "Users."
Step 4 : Right-click the account you want to reset the password and click "Set Password."
Using the Command Prompt
Step 1 : Hold the "Windows" key (the button with the Windows logo) and press "R." This will launch the "Run" utility.
Step 2 : Type "cmd" in the search box and press "Enter." This will launch the Command Prompt.
Step 3 : Type "net user (user account) (new password)" (i.e. "net user msuser newpassword").
Step 4 : Type "shutdown -r -t 00" and hit "Enter" to restart your computer. You will now be able to log in with a new password.
Well, it seems to be easy to reset Windows password with the above 3 methods. But, it has to mention that, the  methods can work only when there is an account with administrative previlege.
