How Can I Reset My Forgotten Password on Windows 7?

Problem: I forgot my Windows 7  password for my Toshiba. help?
Okay, i cant get into my laptop because i forgot password on Windows 7 . Is there an easy way for me to fix this?? i would also like to know if i would have to reset it to factory setings because i dont have a blank cd i only have a dvd+R what should i do...?
Solution 1:
As the forgotten Windows 7 password trouble, there are some info  you can take as inference. You can reset Windows 7 password on command prompt with an available admin account to enter safe mode first. Try to reset Windows password for your Toshiba PC with the following  steps.  Step 1: Press F8 when your Windows 7 laptop is booting. You will come to the Advanced Boot Options. Then choose Safe Mode with Command Prompt and press Enter.
Step 2: Enter safe mode with an available admin account.
Step 3: Type "net user" and press Enter. The command prompt will show you all accounts on the Windows Vista PC.
Step 4: Type "net user Pin 123" (Pin is the locked admin account's name and 123 is the new password) and press Enter. Now you have successfully created a new password on the locked admin account.
Step 5: Type "shutdown -r -t 00" and press Enter.
Your Windows 7 PC  for the Toshiba laptop should be rebooted automatically and then you can logon Windows with the new password.
Solution 2:
Sometimes, you can not still reset password on Windows 7  without a Windows password reset disk or another available account and password with administrative previlege. Thus, how would you deal with the trouble? Ask help for a tech support? Reinstall your laptop?   2. In fact, when we lost Windows password the best way is admin password or reset disk. If you have one of them you can try them at first. But when all you don't have I think the quickest and the best way will be reset software.
