  1. Yeah, that is right. Last time I needed to unlock my Windows password I directly use my admin password to unlock, which is so quick. But my friend may be little unlucky.   2. Normally when we lost our Windows password we will consider using admin password to reset. But we don't have an admin password or you also forgot your admin password you may need tools to help you.
